Set in the inviting space of The Brownie Addict Café, right in the heart of Rugby, this event is a sanctuary of stillness and creativity where you’ll be guided through a journey of:
🌬️ Grounding Breathwork to calm the nervous system and settle the mind
🧘 Soulful Yoga suitable for all levels, with wholesome movement to open the body and create space
🔮 Crystal Bowl Sound Healing, where healing frequencies help you relax deeply and realign energetically
🥗 A delicious, nutritious wellness brunch and ☕ warm café drink to round off your morning with nourishment and connection
🧘 What to Bring
Yoga mats will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own
You may also wish to bring any of the following for comfort:
Cushion or bolster
Blanket or shawl
Eye pillow or eye mask
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in, with layers to stay cosy during the sound healing and relaxation
