A meditative journey through sound designed to melt away tension, restore balance, and open space for deep intention and manifestation.
You’ll be guided to lie back and receive a wash of healing frequencies from crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gong, chimes, percussion, and voice.
These soothing, chakra-balancing vibrations gently support your energetic system, calm the nervous system, and invite you into a deeply restful, receptive state.
This is more than relaxation – it’s a sacred space to reconnect, reset, and align with what you’re calling in.
No experience needed – just come as you are.
All are welcome and a mat will be provided, however I highly encourage you to bring your own lay over the top for extra comfort.
Please also bring a Cushion, Blanket, and Eye pillow to help you feel fully supported and cosy throughout the session.
