We begin by gathering in circle to share ceremonial-grade cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine known for its ability to enhance mood, increase clarity, and deepen connection—to self, to others, and to intention. As you sip this rich, grounding cup, you’ll be guided to soften into stillness, allowing the cacao to awaken your heart and prepare your body to receive.
From this space of presence, you’ll be invited to lie back and surrender into a blissful sound journey. Bathed in the soothing vibrations of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, gong, voice, and other sacred instruments, your nervous system is gently calmed and your energy body rebalanced. These healing frequencies help clear emotional blockages, activate the parasympathetic state (rest and digest), and invite profound relaxation and restoration.
