Step into an evening designed to gently guide you out of the noise of everyday life and into a space of deep rest, connection, and inner stillness.
We begin with a ceremonial-grade cacao meditation — a heart-opening ritual used for centuries to encourage clarity, emotional release, and a deeper connection to self. As you sip this warm, nourishing elixir, you’ll be guided inward through breath, intention, and gentle awareness, allowing the body to soften and the mind to quiet.
From here, you’ll be invited to fully lie down, get comfortable, and simply receive.
The sound journey unfolds around you — a carefully layered experience of live vocals, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and nature-inspired instruments. Each sound is intuitively woven to create a therapeutic soundscape that soothes the nervous system, restores energetic balance, and invites you into a deeply meditative, almost dreamlike state.
This is your time to rest, reset, and be held in sound.
